BDC Sales Coordinator

• Serve as the first point of contact for potential vehicle buyers, creating exceptional customer experiences
• Execute the Business Development Center (BDC) process in alignment with employer strategies and standards
• Respond to customer inquiries promptly, maintaining a 15-minute response time during store hours
• Schedule appointments for in-store visits, following established communication protocols
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system and make 50-100+ outbound contacts daily

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Call center, customer service, or sales experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Comfortable working independently in a remote setting

• Experience with CRM tools
• Flexible schedule availability, including weekends
• Collaborative mindset for effective teamwork
