Position: Sales Executive, SMB - Tax (MN, ND/SD, MT, ID, NV, CO)

What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Identify and build opportunities within commercial accounts using advanced sales skills
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals
  • Maintain and strengthen relationships with customers post-sale for upselling opportunities
  • Provide market and competitive intelligence to inform internal business decisions
  • Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales quota targets
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in sales
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in consultative sales, particularly in complex software and services
  • Proven track record in maintaining customer satisfaction and upselling
  • Strong organizational and time management skills to meet urgent deadlines
  • Proficiency in Salesforce (SFDC) and other communication platforms
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  • Experience in accounting/tax acumen
  • Demonstrated ability to create accurate sales forecasts and reports
  • Strong C-suite engagement skills and a record of significant quota achievement
  • Experience leading complex negotiations and delivering on agreements
  • Familiarity with tools such as Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Teams
