• Engage with large enterprise prospects in the Netherlands, Belgium, and Luxembourg to identify and address broken business processes
• Develop domain-specific solutions, demonstrations, and messaging tailored to prospects’ pain points
• Navigate complex prospect environments to facilitate the adoption of the employer’s solutions
• Cross‑train teammates on solutions expertise
• Create product awareness in the marketplace

• Aptitude for quickly ramping up on new technology
• Excellent presentation, client relationship, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to challenge old ways of doing things
• Must thrive within a commission‑based compensation plan
• Fluent in English; proficiency in Dutch and French strongly preferable

• Background in supply chain, financial planning, multi‑dimensional modeling, business intelligence, or analytics
• Prior pre‑sales experience in Enterprise Planning Management/Business Process Management
• Experience in EPM, CPM, BI, or ERP solution sales
