What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Become a DrChrono product expert and demonstrate the platform from scheduling to billing
  • Provide exceptional customer service and follow-up during the sales cycle
  • Maintain account and opportunity updates within Salesforce
  • Mentor new team members and assist them in achieving success
  • Reach and exceed monthly sales quotas in a collaborative team setting
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in an EHR environment
  • At least 2 years of experience in a sales closing role
  • Knowledge of SaaS and/or subscription-based business sales models
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas and metrics
  • Strong communication, negotiating, and time management skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Understanding of the RCM industry and services
  • Experience with Salesforce and consultative sales approaches
  • High energy and a positive attitude, passionate about impacting the healthcare sector
  • Ability to travel as needed
  • A college degree or equivalent business experience
