Our client located in downtown Toronto is currently looking for an Account Manager to add to their growing team. Working hours:
Monday to Friday 8:30am-5:30pm In this role, you will be responsible for:
Develop and manage relationships with existing and new clients Prepare quotes and proposals Follow up with clients to ensure complete satisfaction Participate in tradeshows and online demos Meet with prospective and existing clients Monitor the market and provide new ideas Any other duties as required The ideal candidate will have:
Excellent communication skills A minimum of 3 years of account management experience Previous experience managing large accounts Technical, hospitality, retail, hotel management experience is an asset Superior organizational skills and multi-tasking abilities Previous technical implementation experience (retail, point of sale, software, transaction) preferred
