Kitchen Tune-Up is seeking a seasoned Kitchen Sales Representative. This position works with professionalism and consistency to sell in home remodeling of Kitchen and home renovation projects. Renumeration will be a mix of base plus commission. Highly skilled sales can generate 100k+ per year if successful, results vary based on sales.

• Leads generated need to be properly vetting, follow sales process that includes meeting client in home.
• Qualifies each prospect’s wants and needs, budget and timeline for their project.
• Price projects accordingly using pricing model set in our system.
• Performs quick measuring and gathers all the information necessary to work with designers to generate a cabinet layout, renderings and plans, which meets the customer’s needs. Then present the rendering to client for approval.
• Review order list and ensure all items and materials accounted for prior to review with management for ordering.
• Photographs the remodeling projects that are being measured to provide “before” photographs for the Lookbook.
• Gathers information on all job-related products to provide a proposal to the customer.
• Works with design team to prepare 3D and elevation renderings based on client material and style selections.
• Creates a proposal and related information to present to the customer with the goal of creating a sale.
• Revises quotes or drawings as customers’ wants and needs are assessed.
• Update client regularly on status of order and project, timelines and address any questions.
• Performs final walk through with clients and Collects payment.

• Prior sales experience in remodeling a plus
• Highly motivated, can work independently, dependable, with strong work ethic
• Optimistic, enthusiastic, and friendly attitude
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills (english and French)
• Professional demeanor suitable to working in our clients homes
