General Overview

We are hiring an Account Manager for our client to support and grow their presence in Oman. This role is ideal for a motivated, client-focused professional who enjoys relationship management, market engagement, and collaborating with regional teams.

Based in Muscat (remote working), the position offers regional exposure and the opportunity to contribute to a growing business by managing client accounts, identifying new opportunities, and supporting cross-border initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and grow relationships with existing and prospective clients in Oman.
  • Understand client needs and present appropriate products or solutions.
  • Proactively prospect the market and initiate new business opportunities, including cold outreach.
  • Conduct market research and share insights, trends, and opportunities with the regional team.
  • Support regional teams on client engagements, projects, and ongoing initiatives.
  • Coordinate and participate in client meetings, both locally and regionally, as required.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, opportunities, and market activities.
Key Requirements
  • Omani National – mandatory.
  • Minimum 3+ years of relevant work experience in account management, business development, or a client-facing role.
  • Background in Pharmacy or IT is highly desirable.
  • Experience in health insurance is a strong advantage.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Fluency in Arabic and English (written and spoken).
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable initiating client conversations.
  • Strong team player with the ability to collaborate effectively across regions.
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel based on business needs.
  • Open to flexible working arrangements and regional exposure.
