Key Account Manager (Milton Keynes, Luton and High Wycombe)
Join our sales team as a hybrid role combining field visits, customer sites, our offices and remote work.

What You’ll Be DoingSpending time on the road you will be the main point of contact for customers across Milton Keynes, Luton, Aylesbury and High Wycombe.
- Identify and target revenue potential within your portfolio.
- Produce robust business plans that exceed sales and profit targets.
- Build a detailed understanding of customers, markets and competitors.
- Maintain accurate customer records.
- Build coalitions across the business to support sales targets, working with internal account managers.
- Experience in a field‑based sales role with account management responsibilities and exposure to KPIs and targets.
- Open‑minded and adaptable to change.
- Solution‑led approach to work.
- Proven strategic thinking and planning ability.
- Excellent relationship building.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with Salesforce CRM or similar B2B experience a bonus.
- Valid driving licence.
