Key Role Responsibilities
- Generate new business through proactive outreach via phone, email, and social platforms.
- Manage and grow existing customer accounts to meet or exceed gross profit targets.
- Prepare competitive quotes and secure special pricing using deal registration and procurement channels.
- Oversee the full sales cycle from quotation through to order fulfilment and vendor engagement.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of IT products, services, and evolving technologies.
- Use internal systems efficiently to manage sales processes and documentation.
Key Attributes Required
- Minimum 3 years of experience in IT sales, business development, or account management.
- Proven ability to consistently generate at least £10,000 in monthly gross profit.
- Solid understanding of IT procurement processes, vendor pricing models, and quoting platforms (e.g. Stock in the Channel).
- Strong communication and negotiation skills with a customer-focused mindset.
- Self-motivated with excellent organisational abilities and the capacity to manage multiple sales opportunities.
