Role Description

A great opportunity for a bright, enthusiastic and hungry individual to join our long-established national firm of property agents specialising in leisure and hospitality property sales and valuations throughout England, Wales and Scotland.

Sidney Phillips is seeking a Valuer/Estate Agent centrally within Scotland’s Central Belt to join their established national team, to cover Scotland. Candidates will have experience within an estate agency business with a good understanding of the buying and selling process together with an enthusiastic approach to business. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential and must be IT literate.

Applicants must be smartly presented and have a full UK drivers’ licence with their own transport.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Inspecting and valuing leisure and hospitality businesses (pubs, hotels, guest houses, restaurants, cafes etc).
• Taking instructions
• Generating and attending viewings
• Negotiating offers
• Managing the conveyancing process
• Proactive business generation

This is a permanent full-time role, with the opportunity to work from home and on the road. Usual working days are Monday to Friday. We offer a competitive salary, plus profit share.
