This is a remote position that requires three weeks of training in our Grimsby Office. Travel and accommodation will be provided if the training location is over 30 miles away and travel time exceeds 1.5 hours. Please do not apply if you cannot commit to training.

- Early‑finishing Fridays! Shifts Monday‑Thursday 8:30 am‑5:30 pm and Fridays 8:30 am‑2:30 pm
- Conduct cold and warm calls to target small‑to‑medium businesses and introduce Take Payments’ products and services.
- Build rapport and establish relationships with potential clients over the phone.
- Identify decision‑makers and qualify leads for further engagement.
- Schedule appointments for field agents by understanding the client’s needs and aligning them with our solutions.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of all interactions in our CRM system.
- Achieve and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a seamless handover of qualified leads.
- Minimum of one year of telemarketing or cold‑calling experience with a proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail to ensure data accuracy.
- Results‑driven and self‑motivated with a passion for sales.
- Ability to work independently at home.
- Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.
- Resilience and persistence in a high‑pressure sales environment.
