This full‑time, permanent role focuses on promoting Caseware’s products and solutions to the accounting and corporate markets in the North American region (US and Canada). We offer remote work and flexible hours from 12 pm‑8 pm, 1 pm‑9 pm or 2 pm‑10 pm GMT.

Sales and Business Development - Industry: Software Development
- Manage both inbound and outbound lead generation, building relationships and nurturing warm prospects to book qualified meetings with sales executives.
- Maintain your own pipeline of interested prospects and engage them via phone, email, and social media.
- Respond, engage, and qualify inbound leads.
- Partner with peers to support demand‑generation campaigns.
- Use our CRM and reporting system to ensure accurate and relevant reporting.
- Represent Caseware professionally at relevant events, capturing leads and providing competitive market feedback.
- Produce monthly reports to your manager showing your success.
- Contribute to achieving the team SQL targets.
- Earn commission based on meetings that occur.
- Minimum 2+ years of book sales calls and demonstrations for a sales team.
- Strong relationship‑building and communication skills.
- Positive attitude and resilient disposition.
- Friendly and personable nature.
- Proficient in data management and CRM tools.
- Ability to adapt to a changing environment.

- Experience with CRM systems (ideally Salesforce), Linked In Sales Navigator, and Sales Loft.
