Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Mid Market Sales Manager based in Peterborough, with flexibility for partial remote work. The responsibilities include developing and nurturing relationships with mid‑market clients, generating new business opportunities, identifying client needs, and providing tailor‑made communication and technology solutions. The Sales Manager will actively collaborate with internal teams, deliver engaging presentations, manage sales pipelines, and ensure revenue growth targets are met while maintaining high customer satisfaction.

Qualifications
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Experience in account management and a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and a solid understanding of sales metrics and reporting.
  • Knowledge of the telecommunications, IT, security, or utilities sectors is preferred.
  • Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment, with strong self‑motivation and organizational skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is advantageous.
  • A results‑driven mindset, adaptability to market dynamics, and capability to work collaboratively with cross‑functional teams.
