Pay Details
  • Starting base salary: $45,000 with opportunity for growth.
  • Average earnings range from $55,000–$75,000 through a combination of base salary and generous commission.
  • Top performers in their second year and onward can earn up to $85,000+.
Position Details

As an Inside Sales Agent, you will handle inbound calls and warm leads, consulting with customers on their insurance needs and matching the correct coverage, products, and benefits to convert sales leads into policyholders.

Training & Benefits
  • Training extends over 16 weeks for licensed hires and 18 weeks for unlicensed hires.
  • Comprehensive medical benefits from Day 1.
  • No cold calls; all incoming warm leads.

  • Schedule:

    4 weekdays and 1 weekend day (e.g., 11 am–8 pm CST) for at least 12 months before shift change.
  • All computer equipment is provided; you must maintain a dedicated, professional workspace with wired high‑speed internet (minimum 100 MBps download, 20 MBps upload).
Qualifications
  • 2–3 years of sales experience preferred; 2 years of sales/service‑related work required.
  • Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills to close sales.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, decision‑making, and organizational skills.
  • Proficient typing and PC skills.
  • Property and Casualty License required after hire.
