Market Manager – ILSCO/ERICO – Commercial USA Sales | Electrical Connections

nVent is seeking a dynamic and strategic Market Manager for the ILSCO/ERICO brands in the Commercial Sales USA team. The role leads demand creation, product expertise, and revenue growth across the United States commercial market.

Key responsibilities include developing and executing sales strategies, leading product training and sales enablement, managing quotes and pricing for profitability, engaging customers and field partners, collaborating with cross‑functional teams, and using CRM to drive opportunity pipeline and feedback.

What You Will Experience In This Position
  • Sales Strategy & Execution
    :
    Partner with the team to develop tailored value propositions and achieve revenue growth targets.
  • Leadership & Sales Enablement
    :
    Lead product training, mentor regional sales managers and channel teams, and build a high‑performing inside sales team.
  • Revenue, Performance & Demand Management
    :
    Manage quotes, pricing, and key metrics; analyze sales data to uncover improvement areas and lead demand creation.
  • Customer & Field Engagement
    :
    Provide product expertise, maintain relationships with key customers and distributors, and represent nVent at industry events.
  • Cross‑Functional Collaboration
    :
    Work with Marketing, Product Management, Finance, and Operations to align initiatives with broader business objectives.
  • Sales Operations
    :
    Use Salesforce to manage the opportunity pipeline and communicate internal feedback.
  • Performance Analysis
    :
    Monitor sales data, analyze trends, and identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.
You Have
  • 5+ years of technical product sales experience, preferably in electrical or industrial markets.
  • Strong knowledge of electrical grounding and bonding.
  • Experience working closely with product development and product management.
  • Ability to work from a home office and travel 60% of the time across the U.S. (overnight trips expected).
  • Demonstrated success in driving revenue growth and exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent negotiation, collaboration, and communication skills.
  • High level of organization and time management with strong personal responsibility.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce and sales analytics tools.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or applicable technical sales experience.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in B2B industrial or electrical product sales.
  • Familiarity with channel sales and distribution networks.

Pay Transparency

Target cash compensation includes base salary and sales incentive. Geographic Region A: $114,500–$212,600. Geographic Region B: $119,200–$221,400. Geographic Region C: $130,100–$241,500. Other incentives may apply.
