Hours:

Monday‑Friday – In Office (3 days) 1 pm–9 pm. Saturday‑Sunday – Work from Home (Saturday 9 am–5 pm, Sunday 11 am–5 pm).

Salary: $17‑18 per hour plus bonuses.

• Provide an excellent first impression to every customer you interact with.
• Offer helpful solutions to customers’ home improvement needs.
• Drive new business through inbound and outbound follow‑ups.
• Set appointments and generate referrals for our Outside Sales team.
• Leverage B2C, B2B or customer‑service experience.
• Have 1‑2 years of inbound/outbound calling experience.
• Demonstrate good organizational skills and the ability to multitask.
• Show excellent phone etiquette.
• Exhibit strong listening and conversational skills.
• Be able to set and achieve goals.
