- Proven skills in pipeline generation, planning, and preparation
- Strong motivation to exceed quotas and achieve sales targets year over year
- Ability to navigate complex enterprise environments and build relationships across multiple departments
- Data-driven approach to account planning with a focus on identifying business opportunities
- Experience in a start-up environment and a self-starter mindset
- High emotional intelligence and ability to empathize with customers
- Demonstrated growth mindset and commitment to continuous improvement
