Hire mY Tech isseeking an experienced Sales Director
for one of our US basedto lead enterprise sales initiatives within the utility sector
. This remote role focuses on driving revenue growth, managing complex sales projects, and building strategic partnerships with large, regulated utility organizations across the United States. The position involves collaborating with consultancy partners and positioning advanced AI agent solutions across key U.S. markets, preferably
Atlanta and Texas
.
- Base Salary: Market competitive
- Commission: Performance-based, uncapped
- Equity / Stock Options: Offered for long-term alignment and growth

- Own and execute the enterprise sales strategy for utility enterprises
. - Identify, engage, and close high-value opportunities with large utility organizations.
- Lead complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles from initial outreach through contract execution.
- Partner with consultancy firms and strategic partners to develop joint solutions and co-selling initiatives.
- Oversee project management for enterprise engagements to ensure successful delivery and client satisfaction.
- Position and sell AI agent solutions that support automation, operations, compliance, and customer engagement.
- Drive market expansion across U.S. regions, including Atlanta and Texas
. - Maintain accurate pipeline management, forecasting, and executive-level reporting.
- Collaborate closely with internal leadership, product, and delivery teams.
- Proven experience as a Sales Director, Head of Sales, or senior enterprise sales leader
. - Demonstrated success selling into regulated industries
, preferably utilities or energy. - Strong capability in project management and handling complex, long-cycle deals.
- Experience working with consultancy companies
, system integrators, or channel partners. - Familiarity with AI, automation, or digital transformation solutions is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Self-driven and effective in a remote work environment.
