Student Sales Coordinator, High School Outbound Department

Overview

Employer Industry: Nonprofit Study Abroad and Intercultural Exchange Organization

• Inspire and educate U.S. high school students and families about the benefits of studying abroad
• Proactively connect with students and families through structured outreach via phone, text, and email
• Provide coaching and support throughout the scholarship and application process
• Manage high call volume, exceeding 30 calls per day to ensure timely communication
• Conduct virtual webinars and in-person presentations to promote programs

• Bachelor's degree or international equivalent
• Minimum of two years of experience in customer service, sales, or a related field
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with students and families
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment
• Comfort with making high-volume outbound calls and using CRM systems

• Experience working with diverse high school students
• International travel or study abroad experience
• Additional language skills beyond English
• Experience with Salesforce or other CRM systems
