What You’ll Do
  • Manage a remote sales team, setting, measuring, and tracking performance
  • Set individual revenue targets and drive attainment throughout the area while ensuring profitable sales
  • Maintain market awareness and stay in touch with trends and competitive forces
  • Enforce standards, monitor pricing, execute objectives, and hold team accountable for performance
  • Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and sales process
  • Drive functional sales initiatives and campaigns in partnership with Marketing
  • Use authority for sales personnel decisions in consultation with sector and VP of Sales
  • Provide day‑to‑day leadership, coaching, development, and corrective action
  • Execute plans to drive market penetration
  • Ensure the sector attracts, develops, and retains high‑quality sales talent
  • Compose monthly communication report
What You’ll Need
  • 2–3 years of direct B2B sales management experience
  • Knowledge of targeted territory and the Building Services & Construction, Manufacturing, & Utility sectors
  • Excellent coaching, closing, and mentoring skills; strategist; analytical
  • Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience
