Job DescriptionWFS Group is a fast‑paced, high‑performance sales agency that provides "done for you sales" services to industry clients. We sell a portfolio of high‑ticket educational programs and consulting services, and we need motivated sales development representatives (setters) to generate qualified appointments for our closers.
Position OverviewYou will focus on outbound warm dialing of leads that have opted in to our marketing campaigns, screen and qualify inbound calls, and create revenue‑driven opportunities by setting qualified sales appointments. The role requires high output, a consultative sales approach, and a drive to exceed quota.

- Generate leads and schedule appointments for product presentations and sales pitches.
- Coordinate meetings between prospective customers and closers.
- Attend sales team meetings and training sessions as directed.
- Follow up with potential customers who expressed interest but have not yet moved forward.
- Continuously increase product knowledge through the sales training center.
- Participate in daily sales syncs via Zoom to discuss initiatives, review call recordings, and strategize pipeline.
- Conduct discovery conversations to identify challenges, pain points, and urgency for WFS offers.
- Build relationships with leads using a consultative sales approach.
- Ensure leads consume pre‑call material before meeting the closer.
- Achieve or exceed sales appointment quotas consistently.
- Maintain best practices in CRM to track activities, manage follow‑ups, and forecast accurately.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams for a seamless process.
- Demonstrate WFS core values to contribute to a high‑performance culture.
- 6+ months experience as an SDR or appointment setter in high‑ticket or consultative sales.
- Effective communication and presentation skills.
- Self‑starter with strong drive for success.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Excellent rapport‑building skills.
- Experience with CRM systems.
- Confidence in high‑output dialing and closing.
- Experience in phone/Zoom sales.
- Competitive mindset; understands sales is a numbers game.
- Desire to advance sales career without extensive closing experience.

Full‑time, Monday‑to‑Friday, 9 AM – 6 PM (time zone‑specific). Pay: $55,000 – $65,000 per year OTE with bonus opportunities and uncapped commission.
