• Meet or exceed sales quotas while fostering strong customer relationships

• Take ownership of the book of business and document buying criteria, next steps, and owners
• Build a strong sales pipeline through consistent prospecting activities
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful customer outcomes in the pre- and post-sales process

• Demonstrated experience with SaaS sales, preferably in Dev Ops
• Strong interpersonal and effective communication skills
• Proven negotiation, presentation, and closing skills
• Ability to travel regularly for in-person customer meetings
• A true desire to see customers benefit from their investment with the employer

• Familiarity with Git, software development tools, and application lifecycle management
• Interest in open-source software and the employer's mission
• Established relationships within the Financial Services sector
