This is a full‑time hybrid role based in Dubai, with flexibility for some remote work. As a Junior Account Executive
, you will support business development, foster client relationships, manage accounts, and assist in delivering industry‑focused CAD/BIM solutions
. You will work closely with sales and technical teams to ensure client satisfaction and contribute to regional growth.
- Support new business development by identifying prospects and generating leads
- Manage and grow assigned customer accounts and sales territory
- Assist in preparing commercial offers, proposals, and presentations
- Present HiCAD CAD & BIM solutions and assist customers with configuration and implementation
- Analyze customer potential and support long‑term account planning
- Contribute to maintaining a healthy sales pipeline
- Build and sustain professional relationships with customers and key stakeholders
- Assist the sales team with internal coordination and daily sales activities
- Maintain contact with existing customers and prospects
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and administrative tasks
- Update and manage CRM and customer databases
- Manage the telephone desk and general office communications
- Support cash reconciliation and other office processes
- Stay up to date on industry trends, façade and steel sector developments, and software knowledge
- Learn from senior team members and contribute to strategic account initiatives
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Structured, proactive, and detail‑oriented work style
- Interest or first experience in technical software, CAD, BIM, or façade/steel/aluminum industry
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
- Confident in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Good English skills, spoken and written
- Willingness to travel occasionally and represent the company professionally
