Position: Sales Development Representative (SaaS KSA

Position Overview

Pipeline Gurus is seeking a passionate and results-driven Business Development Representative (BDR) specializing in SaaS (Software as a Service) solutions. In this role, you will be at the forefront of our sales efforts, responsible for generating leads and driving the initial stages of our sales pipeline. Key Responsibilities
  • Lead Generation:
    Actively identify and reach out to potential clients through cold calling, emailing, and social media outreach.
  • Qualifying Prospects:
    Assess and qualify leads to ensure they meet the ideal customer profile and readiness to engage with the sales team.
  • Market Research:
    Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities, industry trends, and competitive intelligence.
  • CRM Management:
    Maintain accurate records of leads, interactions, and follow-ups in the CRM system (e.g., Hub Spot, Salesforce).
  • Collaboration:

    Work closely with marketing and sales teams to align strategies and optimize the lead qualification process.
  • Product Knowledge:
    Develop an in-depth understanding of our SaaS offerings to effectively communicate benefits and value propositions to prospects.
  • Performance Tracking:
    Meet or exceed performance targets.

Experience

1-3 years of experience in business development, sales, or lead generation, particularly in the SaaS or technology sector.

Communication Skills

Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to present ideas clearly and effectively.

Technical Proficiency

Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Hub Spot, Salesforce) and sales prospecting platforms (e.g., Linked In Sales Navigator).

Self-Motivated

Highly motivated with a desire to achieve targets and drive personal development in a fast-paced environment.

Team Collaboration

Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also taking initiative independently.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
