We are seeking driven, results-oriented individuals to join our team as an E-commerce Sales Associate — a crucial client-facing role often referred to internally as a Growth Consultant.
This is not a traditional call center job. You are an expert communicator and a strategic seller responsible for generating new sales, managing a pipeline of qualified leads, and positioning our high-performance solutions as the key to client success. - Sales and Revenue Generation
- Pipeline Ownership:
Manage the end-to-end sales cycle, from initial prospect outreach and qualification through product demonstration, negotiation, and contract closure - Strategic Consulting:
Act as a trusted consultant, deeply understanding prospective clients’ e-commerce challenges (e.g., cart abandonment, conversion rates) and demonstrating how our solutions solve those pain points - Quota Achievement:
Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas and KPIs - Client Communication and Expertise
- World-Class Presentation:
Conduct compelling, tailored virtual presentations and product demos for decision-makers (Founders, CEOs, Marketing Directors) - Objection Handling:
Master the competitive landscape and articulate clear value propositions to effectively handle sales objections and differentiate Talent Pop App - CRM Management:
Maintain accurate and detailed records of all sales activities, pipeline stages, and client interactions within our CRM system (e.g., Hub Spot/Salesforce)

Experience:
1+ year of direct experience in a sales, business development, or high-level customer service role with a track record of meeting targets - E-commerce Acumen:
Strong familiarity with the e-commerce ecosystem, common platforms (Shopify, Woo Commerce), and digital marketing concepts - Communication Mastery:
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; persuasive and professional tone essential for client video calls and professional outreach - Tech Savvy:
Proficient in using CRM systems (Hub Spot/Salesforce) and video conferencing tools - Motivation:
Highly motivated by commission, goal-driven, and thrives in an independent, remote setting where performance dictates earning potential
