Please note Training and Grad Bay are completed on site at our Church Street office. Once completed you may then have the option to work from home on a hybrid model.

• Hourly wage of £12.21 per hour, with career progression in place.
• 28 days of holiday (including statutory), with increasing entitlement based on length of service.
• Comprehensive training in our state-of-the-art training academy.

• Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Candidates must have a minimum of 12 months Telesales or F2F Sales Experience.
• Be technically minded and have an interest in technology.
• Enjoy connecting with people and have a knack for understanding their needs.
• Possess a keen interest in identifying potential customers and closing deals.
• Exhibit qualities of tenacity, adaptability, resilience, focus, and a positive attitude.
• Thrive in a target-driven environment and value teamwork.
• Can contribute motivation, creativity, and a positive outlook to the team dynamic.

• Make outbound calls on behalf of our client to generate new leads and arrange appointments.
• Maintain a high standard of quality work.
• Report to your Team Manager.
• Represent our client’s brand in a professional manner.

• Full-time flexibility between Monday and Friday, 8am to 8pm, 40 hours per week.
