Remote Recruitment is looking for a talented and enthusiastic Appointment Setter to join our vibrant team. In this role, you will play a critical part in our sales process by connecting with potential clients, presenting our services, and scheduling appointments for our sales team. • Engage with potential clients through outbound calls, emails, and social media.
• Communicate our value proposition effectively to generate interest.
• Schedule appointments for the sales team based on leads generated.
• Conduct follow-ups to maintain relationships with prospects and address their inquiries.
• Update and maintain accurate records of all communications in our CRM system.
• Monitor outreach results and adjust strategies as necessary for effectiveness.
• Stay informed about our offerings and industry developments to better engage with leads.

• Experience in appointment setting, sales, or customer service is a plus.
• Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
• Ability to build relationships and establish trust with potential clients.
• Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail.
• Familiarity with CRM platforms and lead management is beneficial.
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
• Comfortable working in a remote environment with minimal supervision.
• High school diploma or equivalent; relevant associate or bachelor’s degree is a plus.

Monthly salary between R20000 and R25000 depending on experience
