The Role

As a Sales & Account Manager at Binit, you’ll have full ownership of new sales performance. This is a full-cycle role for someone who wants responsibility, autonomy, and strong earning potential. You’ll win new business, grow accounts, and be rewarded directly for the results you deliver. You will report directly to our Founder & CEO, giving you visibility into strategic decisions and direct impact on the business.

This is a hybrid role, giving you flexibility to work from home while also collaborating in the Exeter office.

You’ll:

  • Consistently close new business and exceed sales targets
  • Own the full sales cycle from first conversation to onboarding
  • Build and grow a high-value customer portfolio
  • Run compelling demos and solution walkthroughs
  • Maintain a strong, accurate pipeline and forecast
  • Work closely with marketing and operations to maximise results
  • Be positioned for career progression as Binit scales, with opportunities to grow into senior leadership roles
Who We’re Looking For
  • 3+ years’ experience in a closing outbound and inbound sales or account management role
  • Proven track record of hitting or exceeding targets
  • Strong commercial mindset with consultative selling skills
  • Confident, organised, and motivated by results
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, scale-up environment
  • Ambitious and looking for clear career progression
  • Full UK driving licence preferred but not essential
Earnings & Rewards
