Position: Sales Executives - Life Sciences - East Region (Remote)

Location: New Jersey, NJ, US

Our consultants are seeking proven, driven sales professionals with 10 years of IT Sales experience and strong relationships in the Life Sciences industry. Additionally, a deep understanding of Information Technology sales and technology and/or professional services sales is required. The new hire will deliver tangible business results by combining deep industry expertise with applied innovations in digital, cloud, and automation across a comprehensive portfolio of consulting, applications, infrastructure, and business process services.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Generate, qualify, and close new business at the C-Level, VP, and Director level.
  • Hunting role focused on new logo development.
  • Apply a deep understanding of industry trends, business, financials, service offerings, the market, and the needs/challenges of assigned accounts.
  • Drive services sales strategies that help drive exponential sales growth.
  • Demonstrate ability to sell digital services (cloud, analytics, automation, apps to the cloud) as well as managed services, full IT Outsourcing solutions, application services, and industry vertical solutions.
  • Meet and/or exceed annual quotas of $12 million TCV.
  • Sell to the Life Sciences (Pharma, Med Device, Bio Med) customer base.
  • Interface and successfully influence multiple executives within the customer organization.
  • Sell to regional, large national, and global accounts.
  • Focus on selling services solutions across geographies.
  • Anticipate how market and competitive factors will influence the selling of services.
  • Design and implement sales strategy to achieve sales quota.
  • Assess potential sales opportunities and develop value propositions.
  • Exhibit excellent written and verbal communication skills and demonstrate boardroom executive presence.
  • Ability and willingness to travel 40% of the time.
  • Basic Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of IT Solution Sales or Professional Services Sales experience.
  • 5+ years of experience selling solutions in Life Sciences.
