Job DescriptionIn our world, “high ticket” is anything with a price point of about $10k or above. We firmly believe that some of the most talented sales professionals in the world are underpaid because they’re in the wrong vehicle selling the wrong product. We take pride in seeking out top talent, developing them further, and enabling them to reach new levels of earning potential through high ticket sales with WFS Group.
With our world‑class marketing systems we are constantly bringing new leads into our ecosystem. However, our biggest bottleneck to scaling is generating more sales appointments from all of these leads that have already shown interest in our products, which is where you come in!
When it comes to outbound dialing, there are two main buckets:
cold calling and warm dialing (calling leads that have specifically opted in to our marketing campaigns). We are looking for motivated sales development representatives or “setters” willing to make a ton of warm dials to consistently generate qualified sales appointments and new pipeline that leads to more revenue for WFS Group.
We’re looking for high‑output, sales‑driven individuals who wake up grateful and motivated to fill up our closer’s calendars with highly qualified sales appointments. The role primarily consists of calling leads in our database, generating interest in our programs, and creating revenue‑driven opportunities by setting qualified sales appointments for closers. - Generate leads and schedule appointments for product presentations and sales pitches.
- Arrange and coordinate meetings between prospective customers and closers.
- Attend sales team meetings and training sessions as directed by management.
- Follow up with potential customers who expressed interest but never committed to move forward.
- Consistently increase product knowledge through sales training center content.
- Participate in daily sales syncs via Zoom to discuss initiatives, review call recordings, and strategize around the pipeline.
- Engage in question‑led discovery dialogue to identify challenges, pain points, and gaps that create the need, desire, and urgency for WFS offers.
- Build relationships with leads using a consultative sales approach.
- Ensure leads consume content prior to call with a closer using WFS sales material.
- Achieve or exceed sales appointment quotas and targets, consistently meeting expectations.
- Adhere to CRM best practices for tracking and managing activities, including lead management, follow‑up, and forecasting.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure a seamless sales process.
- Display WFS core values at all times to contribute to a high‑performance culture.
- 6 months of previous experience as an SDR or appointment setter in a high‑ticket or consultative sales process.
- Effective communication and presentation skills.
- Self‑starter with a strong drive for success.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Excellent people skills and ability to create rapport.
- Experience and working knowledge of CRM systems.
- You know you were born to be a top producer/top earner.
- You have experience in phone/Zoom sales.
- You’re a competitive individual who understands sales is a numbers game.
- You want to advance your sales career but don’t have tons of experience as a closer yet.

Job Type: Full‑time
Pay: $55,000.00 – $65,000.00 per year OTE
Compensation Package:
Bonus opportunities, Uncapped commission
Schedule:
Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 6 PM (specific to your time zone)
