Regional Sales Manager, Ductless HVAC

• Manage 3 to 4 Distributors with over $30MM in annual Ductless product sales
• Compile and report competitive product and pricing data to inform job quotes and market pricing
• Train the sales channel on Ductless products and associated marketing programs
• Identify product gaps and collaborate with Product Management to develop solutions
• Build and maintain consultative relationships with Distribution and Dealers to drive sales growth

• High School Diploma or GED
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in sales, engineering, product management, or installation of HVAC ductless products
• Willingness to travel 40% of the time
• Strong written and verbal communication skills across diverse audiences
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, & PowerPoint)

• Bachelor’s degree
• Experience in Ductless sales with wholesale distributors
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
