• Handle an average of 30-40 inbound calls per day
• Maintain all state licenses and terminate prior carrier relationships as applicable
• Collaborate effectively with team members while working independently

• Bilingual Spanish-English skillset required
• Minimum of 2 years of recent sales experience, with comfort in negotiating and overcoming objections
• Sales experience in Insurance, Retail, or Banking highly preferred
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment
• Strong commitment to a distraction‑free work environment

• Inbound sales experience is a plus
• Experience in a customer‑facing role highly valued
• Familiarity with managing state licenses and compliance requirements
• Proven track record of exceeding sales targets in previous roles
