- Support the management of the portfolio renewal cycle to meet service standards and workflow processes
- Compile and present client or prospect information for approval by the Account Manager
- Identify potential issues during the information gathering and marketing process and suggest solutions
- Assist in client engagement activities by preparing quotations, proposals, and presentations
- Participate in monthly team meetings to discuss market changes and account matters
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Previous brokerage or insurer experience preferred
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent is a plus
- P&C License required or to be obtained within 90 days of employment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with Epic (agency management system) is a plus
- Industry designation (e.g., CIC, ARM) is a plus
- Demonstrated ability to successfully interact with diverse individuals
- Strong attention to detail, reliability, and accuracy
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude
- Strong organizational skills and ability to adapt to changing priorities
