Position: Life Insurance Sales Rep FT/PT Work Remote

Overview

Are you ready to ignite your career in sales with passion and professionalism? We are on the hunt for a dynamic Outside Sales Representative to join our team and grow our life insurance products. You will forge strong client relationships, uncover customer needs, and offer tailored life insurance solutions. This role allows you to work independently, meet potential clients in various settings, and achieve sales targets in a supportive environment.

Base pay range: $50,000.00/yr - $/yr

Additional compensation types:

Responsibilities
  • Prospecting and Lead Generation:
    Leverage our platform to target qualified candidates seeking life insurance products, focusing on client interactions.
  • Client Consultation:
    Conduct comprehensive needs assessments and present life insurance options to help clients make informed decisions.
  • Sales Presentation:
    Deliver tailored presentations to individuals and groups, addressing client concerns and preferences.
  • Relationship Management:
    Build and maintain long-term client relationships with ongoing support and service; conduct regular follow-ups for satisfaction and retention.
  • Market Research:
    Stay informed about industry trends, competitive products, and market conditions to position our products effectively.
  • Sales Reporting:
    Maintain up-to-date records of activities and progress toward targets; prepare reports for management.
  • Compliance:
    Ensure all activities comply with regulatory requirements and company policies; protect client information and uphold ethical standards.
Qualifications
  • Proven sales experience, preferably in insurance or financial services.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to build rapport with clients.
  • Strong presentation and negotiation abilities.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently.
  • Willingness to travel within the assigned territory and maintain a flexible schedule.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or related field is a plus.
  • Life insurance license or ability to obtain one (the company will assist in obtaining a license).
