The Cooper Group is hiring remote Sales Representatives to support families with life insurance coverage.

This is a fully remote, phone-based sales role designed for individuals who want flexibility, performance-based income, and long-term growth.

Agents work from home, set their own schedules, and are supported with training, systems, and mentorship.

We work with both new and experienced sales professionals. Some join without prior insurance experience and want structured training. Others come with sales or insurance backgrounds and are looking for better systems, support, and income upside.

What You’ll Do

• Speak with individuals who have requested information about life insurance
• Conduct phone or virtual consultations to understand client needs
• Present coverage options and guide clients through the application process
• Provide follow‑up and ongoing client support
• Manage your own schedule and production

What We’re Looking For

• Comfortable communicating with people by phone or video
• Self‑motivated and able to work independently
• Organized and reliable
• Sales experience is helpful but not required
• Life insurance license or willingness to obtain one with support
