The Call Center Representative is responsible for creating positive customer experiences to drive sales and promote the Bath & Cabinet Experts brands. The ideal candidate will be energetic, enjoy interacting over the phone, be able to drive conversations, communicate effectively, and provide exceptional customer service. This is a full-time, remote position with flexible scheduling, requiring weekend availability. Candidates must be available to work during Eastern Standard Time hours and reside in Indiana, Kentucky, or Ohio.
