What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Achieve sales goals for CADDY Commercial Electrical and Gardner Bender business by converting new business and projects
  • Lead sales agents and set strategic goals for the territory
  • Build and maintain relationships with end‑user customers and distributor partners
  • Provide product expertise and coordinate training for key contractors
  • Utilize Salesforce to manage the opportunity pipeline and provide internal feedback
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience preferred in outside sales
  • Minimum of 5 years of outside sales and/or territory management experience in the commercial electrical space
  • Ability to work 100% remotely and travel 50-60% within the designated region
  • Experience with customer relationship management systems, preferably
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Experience working directly with end‑user customers on projects
  • Ability to lead direct reports and/or sales agents/manufacturing sales partners
  • Strong preference for technical sales and value‑based selling
  • Ability to navigate construction projects
