• Manage national outside sales and technical responsibilities for the nVent Telecom product line
• Drive revenue through customer education and influence end-user specifications
• Track opportunities and activities using  (SFDC)
• Develop and maintain relationships with key distributor accounts and manage pricing
• Provide training and technical support on nVent products to agents and customers

• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution is preferred, ideally in a technical discipline
• Minimum of 5 years of outside sales experience in the electrical products sector, particularly in telecom
• Ability to work remotely and travel 60% of the time; a valid driver's license is required
• Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
• High level of organizational and time management skills, with the ability to work independently

• Experience managing or working strategically with third-party representative agencies
