Position Summary – An experienced Fixed Income Salesperson is sought to join a growing team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in selling fixed‑income products to institutional investors. • Develop and maintain relationships with institutional clients, including regional banks, insurance companies, and investment advisers.
• Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities.

• Execute trades and manage client portfolios.

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• 7+ years of proven experience in institutional fixed‑income sales.
• Strong understanding of fixed‑income markets and investment strategies.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Self‑starter with a strong work ethic and ability to work independently.
• Existing relationships with institutional investors.
