Sales Representative, Inbound Remote

Join us as a Sales Representative, Inbound Remote at Liberty Mutual Insurance.

Base pay: $55,000 - $75,000 per year. Starting base salary $45K with growth potential. Average earnings range $55K-$75K; top performers can earn $85K+ through commissions.

Role:
Inside Sales Agent handling inbound calls & warm leads, consulting customers on insurance needs, matching coverages, and converting leads into policyholders.

Location:

Florida (remote). Applicants must reside within state.

Schedule:

4 weekdays & 1 weekend day, mid‑morning start (e.g., 11am‑8pm CST) for minimum 12 months.

Training: 16 weeks for licensed hires, 18 weeks for unlicensed hires. Paid training includes licensing. Comprehensive medical benefits from Day 1. No cold calls. Equipment provided.

Requirements:
Availability to work specified schedule.

• 2‑3 years sales or service experience (2 years required).
• Strong interpersonal & persuasion skills.
• Clear communication with prospects & customers.
• Analytical, decision‑making, and organizational skills.
• Typing proficiency and PC‑proficiency.
• Property & Casualty Insurance License (training provided if not held).
