As a Lead Management Specialist at Midwest Shooting Center, you will play a critical role in driving the success of our membership and training programs. Your primary focus will be managing all prospect interactions within our CRM, conducting high-volume outbound calls, and booking appointments that align with our sales objectives.
Key Responsibilities- Outbound Call Execution:
Conduct high-volume outbound calls following the Midwest Shooting Center sales process, engaging prospects with professionalism and enthusiasm, promoting membership and training appointments. - CRM Management:
Maintain and optimize the CRM to ensure all leads are tracked, organized and prioritized effectively; regularly update records and use analytics to improve outreach. - Appointment Booking:
Book high-quality appointments for membership and training, collaborating closely with the team to align with sales objectives. - Lead Nurturing:
Manage and nurture leads to maximize conversion rates with consistent follow-up practices. - Collaboration & Communication:
Work closely with the Sales & Marketing team to align strategies and provide detailed notes for seamless handoffs. - Customer Engagement:
Build trust and rapport with prospects, positioning Midwest Shooting Center as a trusted resource.
- Minimum of 600 outbound calls per week.
- Minimum of 60 appointments per week, with at least 50% being skills assessment appointments.
- Minimum 40 hours per week, available from 9 am to 6 pm Monday‑Friday.
- Strong commitment to meeting and exceeding call and appointment targets.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, building rapport quickly.
- Focused understanding of customer needs, delivering outstanding service.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Effective task prioritization in a fast‑paced environment.
- Expertise in managing and optimizing CRM platforms.
- Creative problem‑solving and resilience against rejection.
- Maintaining motivation and professionalism while adjusting strategies.
- Managing and optimizing the sales pipeline for revenue growth.
You will report directly to the Membership Director, who will provide regular guidance on strategic initiatives and performance reviews.
CompensationBase pay: $36,000 – $40,000 per year.
