Apply as a Remote Sales Rep on our growing team! The need for our services is never-ending and we're actively onboarding and training local reps in full-time or part-time positions. Make a positive impact on middle-income families while enjoying the freedom of remote, virtual work. Key Responsibilities

• Access to warm leads - NO COLD CALLING!
• Call leads, schedule appointments
• Learn a 10-minute presentation and present insurance strategies
• Conduct a needs assessment to understand and address clients’ insurance needs
• Assist in writing and signing an application for an insurance product
• Build and nurture strong relationships with new and existing clients

About the Position

• Commission-based compensation (1099)
• Flexible hours- you build your own schedule
• Direct reporting and tracking progress with an experienced leader and mentor
• Perfect as a side hustle (at first) and transition to full-time when ready
• Compensation includes bonuses, overrides, back-end commissions, residuals and more
