We talk about your sales background, your approach to closing, and whether this evening/weekend schedule works for your lifestyle. You learn more about our rotating 3-week calendar and how our Directors consistently hit six figures.
Chapter 3:The First Close
You take your first live-transfer call. The prospect is ready, engaged, and interested. You guide them through the program. They enroll. You earn your first commission—$3,100 on a $6,597 sale.
Chapter 4:The Reality Sets In
Three months in, you realize this is sustainable. You're on track for $110K this year. You're working from home. You know your schedule. Your downtime is actually yours. This isn't too good to be true—it's just... good.

- Employment stability (≤3 jobs in past 5 years)
- Self-driven, coachable, ethical approach
- $36,000 base salary (W-2)
- Uncapped commission (9.40% PIM / 5.29% NPIM)
- Average earnings: $100K-$150K+
