Liberty Mutual Insurance is seeking a motivated inbound sales representative to join our contact center team. This remote role focuses on converting warm leads into policyholders and supporting our customer portfolio.

$55,000.00/yr – $75,000.00/yr

• Starting base salary $45,000 + growth potential
• Earnings range $55K – $75K base + commission
• Top performers in year two can earn $85k+

Remote – candidate must reside in Louisiana.

• Paid training remote – 16–18 weeks depending on licensing status
• Full insurance license required after hire (paid training provided if needed)
• Medical benefits start Day 1
• No cold calls – only warm leads inbound
• Work schedule:
  
  4 weekdays + 1 weekend day, mid‑morning start (e.g., 11 am‑8 pm CST) for a minimum of 12 months
• Work‑from‑home equipment and high‑speed internet provided

• 2–3 years sales experience preferred; 2 years required
• Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills
• Excellent communication and customer focus
• Good analytical, decision‑making, and organizational skills
• Typing proficiency and PC skills
• Property & Casualty license required after hire
