What

to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Develop and execute sales strategies while leading Regional Sales Managers and the Inside Sales team.
  • Conduct market research to identify sales growth opportunities and understand competitive markets.
  • Build and maintain high-level relationships with Key Accounts across the U.S. and Canada.
  • Drive revenue growth through various channels, including job sites, end users, and contractors.
  • Educate and mentor sales teams on application and value-based selling of surge protection products.
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or applicable experience in technical electrical sales.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in technical electrical sales, preferably with surge protection or switch gear.
  • Proven experience leading outside and inside sales teams.
  • Proficiency in CRM platforms, such as Salesforce, and sales analytics tools.
  • Ability to travel 50% of the time throughout the U.S. and Canadian markets.
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  • Experience in negotiating and managing high-level contracts for Key Accounts.
  • Familiarity with construction project sites and related navigation.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and value-based selling abilities.
