• Your success hinges on your ability to source your own leads and close loans.
• Help close leads with back-up support from the team seven days a week, including nights and weekends.
• Make 30–100 calls per day as needed; attend more open houses to generate opportunities.
• Grind beyond standard hours; performance is the focus in this sales position.
• Engage a large network and leverage relationships to originate more loans.

• Ability to source and convert leads; coachable mindset; strong network a plus.
• Willingness to work non-traditional hours; drive to meet or exceed goals.
