Sales Development Representative – Informa Tech Target

Key Responsibilities- Research, source, and secure leads to build a robust pipeline for Account Directors.
- Make outbound sales calls within an assigned territory to generate qualified leads and set sales appointments.
- Leverage email and social media tools for inbound prospect development, engaging target prospects and presenting high‐level value propositions.
- Participate actively in weekly meetings to recognize achievements, exchange insights, and collaborate with the team to overcome challenges.
- Manage and update prospecting status and activities via CRM ().
- Develop a deep understanding of how content marketing programs unlock value for Tech Target’s customers and identify innovative approaches.
- Work closely with Account Executives to align on opportunities and drive revenue growth.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of sales processes and strategies.
- A self‑starter who embraces a growth mindset and proactively takes initiative.
- Strong ability to generate leads, build relationships, and set meetings through proactive outreach.
- Comfortable making outbound sales calls and skilled at engaging prospects via email and Linked In.
- Proficiency with CRM tools ( or similar) and sales prospecting software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present complex solutions clearly.
- Ability to meet and exceed monthly pipeline goals while maintaining accountability and teamwork.
- A passion for learning and developing expertise in content marketing and sales strategies.
- Self‑driven, motivated, and results‑oriented with a track record of achieving sales targets.
