Salary: £24,500 per year plus OTE £8,000 per annum.
Contract:
Permanent, full time with a fixed weekly shift pattern.
Location:
Bristol (Remote – Working from home). Start: 20 October 2025.
- As a remote outbound sales advisor in our virtual contact centre, you will help customers safeguard their valuable household electrical items through our insurance protection options. You will present the features and benefits of our protection plans and address questions or concerns to ensure the best outcome for customers during each interaction.
- Provide accurate information, explain products transparently, and support customers to make informed decisions.
- Collaborate with a supportive team in a home-based position, contributing to a high-energy, target-driven environment.
- Self-Driven – Motivated by a sales environment, focusing on delivering the right customer outcomes in line with FCA requirements.
- Empathetic and an active listener – Understand customer needs to recommend suitable products and build trust.

- Starting salary of £24,500.
