Location: While this position is posted in a specific location, all of Oyster’s positions are fully remote. This role requires you to be based in the EMEA region.

Key Responsibilities
- Create awareness and generate interest in Oyster through outbound prospecting (cold calling, email, and social outreach)
- Partner seamlessly with Sales Executives to drive mid‑market and SMB pipeline velocity
- Qualify and schedule high‑value meetings that convert into tangible sales opportunities
- Present and clearly articulate Oyster’s global employment platform to target buyers
- Organize, optimize, and manage your pipeline for maximum efficiency and predictable results
- Serve as the voice of the market, collaborating with the GTM team (Sales, Marketing, Product, etc.) to translate buyer intelligence into strategy

- Familiarity with B2B prospecting tools (Salesforce, Salesloft, Linked In Sales Navigator, etc.)
