World Via is looking for a results‑driven Sales Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for travel and the ability to build relationships and deliver exceptional service. As a Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for generating leads, engaging with potential clients, and ultimately driving sales growth for our products and services.

• Engage with clients to understand their needs and offer tailored solutions that meet their goals
• Identify and qualify new sales opportunities through networking, referrals, and social channels
• Coordinate sales presentations and follow‑up conversations
• Drive pipeline momentum through consistent follow‑up, targeted outreach, and close collaboration with leadership
• Collaborate with marketing teams to develop promotional materials and campaigns
• Attend industry events and trade shows to represent World Via and connect with potential clients
• Track sales progress and report on key metrics to management
• Stay informed about industry trends and competitors to strategically position our offerings

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
• 2+ years of sales experience, preferably in the travel or hospitality industry
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong negotiation and closing skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Self‑motivated and driven to succeed
• Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings and industry events
